Beckley, W.Va. — A 72-year-old man was killed Saturday evening in a hit-and-run collision on Robert C. Byrd Drive, prompting a swift investigation by Beckley Police that led to the arrest of a local woman.
According to the Beckley Police Department, officers were dispatched around 8:00 p.m. on October 25 to the 3600 block of Robert C. Byrd Drive following reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.
