Scouting America’s flagship event returns to the Summit Bechtel Reserve in West Virginia from
July 22 to 31, 2026, bringing together tens of thousands of Scouts, leaders, and volunteers for
ten days of adventure. This year’s theme, “ELEVATE,” is meant to prepare Scouts for a life of
purpose and impact, challenging them to grow, push past what they thought possible, and build
character throughout the experience.
Programming spans Thrasher Mountain’s skateboarding and BMX facilities, a wide-ranging
shooting sports lineup at Bows and Barrels, aquatics on the Summit’s man-made lakes with
kayaking and an expanded Water Reality obstacle course, and Summit Center venues for
climbing, rappelling, mountain biking, and zip lines, alongside stadium shows
