David Richmond, Agent and Natural Resource Agent, West Virginia University Extension
The West Virginia University Extension provides outreach services to communities across the state through a variety of specialized units. These include agriculture and natural resources, family and health programs, 4-H youth development, safety initiatives, and fire service support.
Its mission is to deliver research-based education and practical resources through teaching, service, and community-focused programs that support individuals, families, and local organizations across West Virginia.
