Fayette County still in need of poll workers for next week’s May 12th Primary Election; Interested voters should contact the County Clerk as soon as possible

Fayette County is one of several counties in West Virginia that still need poll workers for next week’s Primary Election, according to WV Secretary of State Kris Warner. West Virgina’s Primary Election is scheduled for Tuesday, May 12th.
Poll workers are required to be a registered voter in the county. Poll workers are paid for attending a training class and for working on election day.
Polls are open on election day from 6:30am to 7:30pm.
Any Fayette County voter interested in volunteering to become a paid poll worker should contact the office of Fayette County Clerk Michelle Holly today at (304) 574-4235 or email Barbara.lucas@fayettecountywv.gov.
